This style of response provides a content fully focused on satisfying requests
without the presence of any promotional or marketing intension.
Satisfaction Before
This is where a response begins with a satisfactory content and ends with a
promotion or marketing intension.
Satisfaction Within
This type of response provides a satisfactory content initially and follows up
with a promotional or marketing intension whilst maintaining natural and seamless
flow of information.
Note:
Responses which emphasis on promotional or marketing intension initially are
strongly discouraged except for some specific request indexes. eg. Provision
of response to the index "Food and music events" or "Low price shopping" might
seem reasonably okay to go straight with marketing intension.
We recommend that suppliers follow strictly these styles in order to avoid
their responses being disapproved.
