Your use of our Response Service for
creating, presenting response for delivery, tools for monitoring and
analyzing Requests are subjected
to the following terms and conditions.
Note: Response Service
is deeply linked to our Wevec Mission hence all
applicable regulations used in regulating the platform are also enforced.
1. The Response Center assigned to
your supplier account together with all the tools it provides must only be
used for the purpose of creation management, monitoring and analyzing.
2. When creating your Response,
you must provide us with the following information.
Content: This must be a clean and coincise piece of information that
complies with Response Styles and
Response Formats respectively.
Audience: This must be the Requests
that your response is supposed to satisfy together with the locations for delivery.
Action: Even though this is optional, you must not direct our users
to unsafe destinations anywhere on the internet.
Budget: You must inform us how much you'll like to spend daily on
Response delivery.
Please note that delivery is strictly based on availability of placement slots
with respect to your audience.
3. We may reject your Response
for any reason. Examples are as follows.
• When the Response is not
relevant to all or some of the Requests in
your audience.
• When the content isn't easily digestible or confusing.
• When the content violates any of our guidelines.
• When your audience is too broad.
• Very low media quality or text formatting.
4. You will pay for all amounts related to the delivery of your
Response along with any applicable taxes.
The amount you pay for each response will be calculated based on our billing
mechanisms.
5. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your supplier
account, and you understand that you will be billed for any
Response delivery on or through your account.
6. You can cancel your Response
at anytime, but it may run for 24 hours after you notify us, and you are still
responsible for paying for all deliveries that occured.
7. The amounts we charge you may be subjected to and include applicable
taxes and levies, including without limitation withholding taxes. You are responsible
for bearing and remitting any taxes that apply to your transactions. You will indemnify
and hold us harmless from and against any claim arising out of your failure to do so.
8. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may take
additional steps to collect past due amounts. You will pay all expenses associated with
such collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees. Past due amounts will accrue
interest at 1% per month or the lawful maximum, whichever is less.
9. We may allow your Response
deliveries to run with a "Supplier Balance", which is pre-paid balance that can be used
solely for response payment on Wevec. Supplier Balances are non-refundable by any means.
Wevec is not a bank and does not offer banking services; accordingly. Supplier Balances
do not earn interest, are dot deposit obligations, and are not insured by the Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, or any other
entity or insurance scheme, whether governmental or private.
10. We will determine the template, delivery, and positioning of your
Response.
11. We do not guarantee the reach or performance that your
Response will receive, such as the number of
people who will see your response or the number of clicks your response will get.
12. We cannot control how clicks are generated on your
Responses. We have tools that attempts to detect
and filter certain click activities, but we are not responsible for click fraud,
technological issues, or other potentially invalid click activity that may affect the
cost of running your responses.
13. Once delivered, your Responses
are public information. Response may be re-shared and accessed outsid of the targeted
audience.
14. You consent that Wevec may disclose your Responses
and all information associated, to a government entity or body if Wevec believes that
disclosure would assist in a lawful investigation.
15. We offer tools to provide transparency to our users about how
Responses works and control over their
experiece, including information sufficient to show them why they are being shown specific
responses. You agree that information associated with your response may be included in these
tools, and that those tools may impact your ability to deliver response to those users or
prevent them from seeing your responses.
16. You will not issue any press release or make public statements about your
relationship with Wevec or Response Service
without our prior written permission.
